Currently under construction, F.J.C Design & Construction was engaged to assist in the delivery of an all Ability Access Ramp to the forefront of Collaroy beach. Working closely alongside the Northern Beaches Council engaged structural engineer, Christopher (F.J.C Project Manager & Site Engineer) was able to assist in developing sustainable & durable solutions given the site constraints that exist when working on a beach-side project.

During this project we were able to deliver a non-conventional piling & suspended cast in situ concrete slab solution to combat the effects of coastal erosion and the shear force of mother nature. Galvanised reinforcement, specialised concrete batching and non-conventional piling methodologies will ensure this access ramp will stand the test of time for years to come.
