Things to consider before building a duplex in Sydney:
- The size of your land isn’t the only determinant to building a duplex on your site. You also need to ensure the zoning is appropriate, the width of the land meets minimum requirements and there won’t be drainage or stormwater issues. Your local council will have a list of guidelines available to you to ensure your block of land complies.
- Is it important to ensure you have utilised an experienced designer to ensure not only the design is modern and stylish, but that the approvals process will be seamless.
