OUR DESIGN PROCESS
Pre-Design
We will meet with you to ascertain your needs, preferences and budget. We will also inspect your site to ensure the design is unique and tailored to your specific site conditions.
Concept Design
Initial sketches will be produced and modified in consultation with you to ensure your needs are met within council regulations.
Design Development
Initial sketches will be produced and modified in consultation with you to ensure your needs are met within council regulations.
Engagement of Consultants
We will engage with relevant consultants including structural engineers, hydraulic engineers, fire engineers and landscape architects.
Development of Application (DA)
We prepare the development application including specialist reports where required with a view for seamless council approval;
Construction Approval(CC)
Once the DA is approved, we will obtain a construction certificate which allows the commencement of construction.
